According to the study, people who are chronically overweight often struggle to lose that weight permanently. There seems to be a mechanism in the body that can rotate on weight gain and obesity in the long run. For people who are overweight since childhood, it can be problematic to maintain a healthy weight despite the initial success with restrictive diets and excessive exercise.

According to the study authors, "Our model shows that obesity is partly self-perpetuating disorder and the results highlight the importance of early childhood intervention to try to prevent the disease, the effects can last a lifetime . "However, the study was not to determine how obesity is becoming irreversible. Clearly healthy and exercise 30 minutes each feeding reduces the risk of chronic diseases days. If that research offers is true, it is even more important to start living a healthy life at this time we do not know the exact point at which the "change of obesity" could ignite.

Childhood Obesity

The study goes on to say, "Obesity affects more than 500 million adults and 43 million children under five years, while related diseases are the leading cause of preventable death."

Children who are overweight in childhood are at increased risk of developing type 2 diabetes, hypertension and heart disease. In fact, doctors are seeing higher rates of diseases that are thought to affect only adults because childhood obesity. These diseases can be prevented with physical activity and a healthy diet learned in childhood.

Since chronic obesity often starts during childhood years, it is important that children learn to make healthy choices for food and how to perform physical activity to maintain proper weight levels. According to this study, childhood obesity can be extremely difficult to reverse in adulthood, with the initial success of weight loss.

Teach children about healthy eating and increased physical activity is the best way to prevent the onset of health problems of children in adults. Even with chronic weight problems, it is important to try to attempt to maintain a normal weight.
